Representative of Larnaka constituency under the banner of AKEL-Left-New Forces since 2019.

Currently serves as:
- Deputy Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources.
- Member of the House Standing Committee on Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism, of the House Standing Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Public Order and of the House Standing Committee on Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman).
- Head of the delegation of the House to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM).

Political career:

- Member of the Larnaka District Committee of the Progressive Party of the Working People (AKEL).
- Member of the AKEL Central Committee since 2021.
