Representative of Limassol constituency under the banner of the Democratic Rally Party (DISY) (2006-2011 and 2013-2016), under the banner of ELAM (June 2021-October 2021) and independent since October 2021.

Has previously served as:
Deputy Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Educational Affairs and Culture.

Currently serves as:
Member of the House Standing Committee on Educational Affairs and Culture and of the House Standing Committee on Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman).

- Founding member of the DISY Youth Organisation (NEDISY).
- District Treasurer and Organisational Secretary of NEDISY in Limassol (1988-1993).
- Limassol District Secretary of NEDISY (1993-1999).
- Member of the DISY Political Committee (1993-1997) and of the DISY Political Bureau (1999-2016);
- Limassol District Secretary of DISY and member of the Political Bureau and the Council of Administration of DISY (1999-2006). 
- DISY Commissioner for Institutions and Transparency (2008-2011).
