Psychology (University of Reading, United Kingdom), MA in Psychology (University of Manchester, United Kingdom) and Child Psychology (Institute of Psychiatry in London). Seminars and training courses on the psychological effects of cancer and leukaemia on children and adolescents, on violence in the family, on learning disabilities on children and on liaison psychiatry in general childrens’ hospital. Trainer on breast cancer patients’ matters and patients’ rights in European organisations.

-Deputy Chairwoman of the House Standing Committee on Health Affairs.

- Chairwoman of the Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) (January 2016-October 2017). 
- President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) from October 2017 to January 2018.
