Standing Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Public Order

Its main focus are matters within the competence of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order. In particular, the Committee examines constitutional affairs, issues relating to the administration of justice, the legal profession, family law, the terms of employment of civil servants. The Committee also examines matters social phenomena such as violence in sport and minor delinquency. Furthermore, a Subcommittee on Regulations on the Public Service Terms of Employment has been instituted in order to examine the update and regulation of selection criteria for the employment of civil servants.
