Parliamentary tenure/activity:

Representative of Nicosia constituency under the banner of ELAM since 2016.

Has previously served as:
- Deputy Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Health Affairs.

Currently serves as:
- Spokesperson of ELAM group in the House since 2016.
- Member of the House Standing Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, of the House Standing Committee on Defence Affairs and of the House Standing Committee on Health Affairs.
- Member of the delegation of the House to the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC).

Political career:

- President of ELAM since 2008. 
- Member of the National Council, the supreme advisory body to the President of the Republic on the Cyprus problem, since 2016. 
- Candidate for the Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus in the 2018 presidential elections.
