Representative of Famagusta constituency under the banner of DISY since 2016.

Has previously served as:
Deputy Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Educational Affairs and Culture.

Currently serves as:
- Deputy Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Defence Affairs and of the House Standing Committee on Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman).
- Member of the House Standing Committee on Educational Affairs and Culture and of the House Standing Committee on Refugees-Enclaved-Missing-Adversely Affected Persons.
- Member of the delegation of the House to the Interparliamentary Conference for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) for the first two and a half years of the parliamentary term.
